What does the price include?
Your fee covers the visit with a licensed doctor, the certification submission to your state's medical cannabis program, and full assistance navigating your state's patient portal. There are no hidden charges.
Pricing runs from $45 to $199 depending on your state and whether you're new or renewing — the full table is above. Some states also charge their own separate fee for the patient card, which you pay to the state, not to us.
Is every visit really by phone?
Almost. Two exceptions worth knowing before you book:
Oklahoma requires live two-way video by state law — an audio-only call can't establish the doctor-patient relationship there, so you'll need a device with a camera.
Florida is in-office. Florida's rules and our practice there are built around seeing you in person in Fort Lauderdale, so there's no phone option for a Florida certification.
Everywhere else, a phone call is all it takes.
How long does the visit take?
Most calls take 5 to 15 minutes. New patient visits sometimes run a few minutes longer than renewals. Our doctors don't rush you — they review your history, answer your questions, and complete the certification efficiently.

Every doctor in our network is licensed, registered with their state's medical cannabis program, and certified to evaluate patients via telemedicine.

What conditions qualify for medical cannabis?
Qualifying conditions vary by state, but most programs cover chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, severe nausea, cancer, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, glaucoma, ALS, Parkinson's, sickle cell anemia, severe muscle spasms, and many other conditions.
Four of our states — Oklahoma, Virginia, New York, and Maine — have no fixed list at all. There, certification is a clinical judgment your doctor makes with you.

What if I don't qualify?
If our doctor determines you don't qualify under your state's program, you'll receive a refund per our refund policy. We don't certify patients who don't medically qualify — it's bad medicine and bad business.
What number will the doctor call from?
Doctor calls often come from private, unknown, or spam-labeled numbers because of HIPAA-compliant calling systems. Keep your phone nearby during your scheduled window and answer all calls — even ones that look like spam.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
It depends on your plan. Many HSA and FSA accounts cover medical cannabis certification visits as a qualified medical expense. We can provide a receipt for reimbursement. Insurance does not cover medical cannabis certifications in any state we serve.
How quickly will I get my card after the visit?
Card timing depends on your state. Pennsylvania and Ohio issue digital cards within hours to a couple of days. Michigan and Oklahoma mail a physical card that takes roughly two weeks. Virginia, New York, Maine, and Louisiana don't issue a card at all — your certification document is what you bring to the dispensary.
